Account Information. Name, email address, phone number, organisation name and business details, and password (stored in hashed form only — we never store plaintext passwords).

Service Data. Vehicle information (make, model, registration), service tickets and repair records, invoice and payment records, inventory records, and employee and payroll data (if using the HR module).

Usage Data. Log data (access times, pages viewed, actions taken), device and browser information, and IP address.

Diagnostic Data. Vehicle fault descriptions and diagnostic interactions, EVFI™ diagnostic responses and feedback. This data may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our diagnostic intelligence systems.

We use collected information to:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination:

→You may request data export before deletion

→We will delete your data within 90 days of account closure

→Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement

→Data subject to statutory retention requirements (e.g., GST records under CGST Act) will be retained as required by law

We use select third-party services for:

-Payment processing (subject to their own privacy policies)

-Email communications

-Error monitoring and analytics

We do not share your identifiable business data with these providers beyond what is necessary for their specific function.

-Anonymised diagnostic patterns may be used to improve system accuracy

-No individually identifiable diagnostic data is shared with other organisations

-All diagnostic output is guidance only and does not constitute professional engineering advice

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will notify registered admin users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
