BattwheelsOS is a cloud-based service management platform designed for automotive service businesses. The Platform includes service ticket management, invoicing, accounting, inventory, diagnostic tools, and related features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered admin users at least 30 days in advance.

-You must provide accurate, complete information during registration

-You are responsible for maintaining account security

-You must notify us immediately of unauthorised access

-One organisation per registration unless separately agreed

-We reserve the right to refuse or cancel accounts at our discretion

Free Trial. New accounts receive a limited free trial period. Features and duration may vary. No payment information is required for the trial.

Paid Subscriptions. Subscription plans and pricing are as displayed on the Platform. Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company. No refunds for partially used subscription periods. Processing fees may be non-refundable.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

You agree NOT to:

-Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

-Attempt to access other users' or organisations' data

-Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

-Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

-Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform

-Sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Platform

-Use EVFI™ diagnostic outputs as the sole basis for safety-critical repair decisions without independent professional verification

-Misrepresent the Platform's outputs as certified engineering advice

-Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or attribution embedded in Platform outputs

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Company IP. BattwheelsOS, EVFI™, and all associated trademarks, logos, algorithms, diagnostic patterns, software code, documentation, and content are the exclusive property of Battwheels Services Private Limited. Patent application filed for EVFI™ diagnostic intelligence system. All rights are reserved. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Platform as a subscriber under these Terms.

Your Data. You retain ownership of your business data entered into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Diagnostic Feedback. When you provide feedback on EVFI™ diagnostic outputs (accuracy ratings, resolution outcomes), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use this feedback in anonymised, aggregated form to improve our diagnostic systems across the Platform.

EVFI™ provides diagnostic guidance based on pattern matching and artificial intelligence. This is guidance only.

→EVFI™ does NOT replace professional inspection and diagnosis

→The Company is NOT liable for repair outcomes based on EVFI™ guidance

→Users must exercise independent professional judgment

→High-voltage EV systems require qualified technician handling regardless of EVFI™ recommendations

→Diagnostic accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of input data provided by the user

The Company expressly disclaims all liability for damages arising from reliance on EVFI™ diagnostic outputs, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or consequential losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Company does not warrant that:

-The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

-Results obtained will be accurate or reliable

-Any defects will be corrected

-The Platform will meet your specific requirements

In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

-Your use of the Platform

-Your violation of these Terms

-Your violation of any third-party rights

-Actions taken based on EVFI™ diagnostic guidance

By You. You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the Platform settings.

By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, fraudulent or illegal activity, or actions that harm other users or the Platform.

Effect. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@battwheels.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

The Company shall not be liable for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform.

Modifications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide 30 days’ notice via email or Platform notification.
